The first few....

Our personal photographer (well, it seems that way lately anyway), Charlie Miles, spent an hour recently with our family in the Botanical Gardens in Golden Gate Park to get some nice shots of our family...and boy did he deliver.  How gorgeous are these?

There is more to come....

Models

How great is it to travel with a photographer?  We get the best pictures!  I might make a habit of it.  More pictures from San Diego and the wonderful Charlie Miles :)

Sea World

We were so lucky to be able to spend 1:1 time with a dolphin at Sea World named Coco.  A lifelong dream of mine.  As you can tell, I was enthralled by it all -  I want a dolphin of my own. I heart Coco. Oh, and Ava loved it too.

Mom and Dad

9 months!

What a sweet boy our little Arlo is.  He continues to be the most smiley, happy baby.  He is crawling like a pro now, standing up on everything and has started creeping around everywhere.  He is on to finger foods, has his bottom two teeth completely grown in and is saying mama, dada and possibly  more that we don't understand.  Ava makes him laugh all the time.  His bunny is still his favorite and sleeps with him at every nap and at night.  He like his pacifier, and I think it will be hard to take it away whenever we decide to do so.  We love this kid to the moon and back!

San Diego

We took a long weekend trip to San Diego with the Miles family and hit up Sea World, Legoland and the beach.  It was a wonderful weekend - the perfect time of year to go.  Here is a sneak peek...the photographer, Charlie, is working on the rest ;)

Marine from Switzerland

This is such a late post!  Marine was a girl from a small town in Switzerland who stayed with us for almost a month this past summer.  She was a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend basically (a long connection), but was interested in coming to San Francisco to explore and help with our kids (bonus for us!).  We had a great time with her and enjoyed having her live with us.  Ava absolutely adored her and was so lucky to have a constant companion for several weeks.  I think Marine liked San Francisco and the craziness of our family - we hope we can see her again in the future somewhere!

Marine had her first baseball game ever while she was here - Go Giants!  They lost though :( It was a gorgeous hot day at the field however, which made up for it!

Ava and Marine baked this decadent cake together!
